1. Overview
GEO AgentReady ("we", "us", "our"), operated by mediaXtreme LLC, respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the GEO AgentReady platform or website.
2. DMCA Notice Requirements
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement through our platform, please provide our designated agent with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location on our platform
- Your contact information including address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the information required under Section 512(g)(3) of the DMCA to our designated agent listed above.
5. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyrighted works.
6. Limitation
This DMCA policy applies only to content hosted directly on the GEO AgentReady platform. Content generated by AI engines during visibility scanning is transient and not stored for distribution. Reports generated contain factual data about AI engine responses and are covered under fair use for research and analysis purposes.
